Exclusive Lead Agreement

Seller is CRM Ventures LLC, doing business as TankRemovers (tankremovers.com). Signing this does not charge you. $25 is only billed later, when an exclusive lead in a state you checked is actually sent.

States you cover

Oil-heat tank states only. Not nationwide. Kansas is not on this list.

Terms

  • Seller is CRM Ventures LLC d/b/a TankRemovers (tankremovers.com).
  • Exclusive heating-oil tank leads from tankremovers.com, sent to this buyer only. No volume guarantee.
  • $25 USD per exclusive lead. Rate locked 6 months from signup, then stays $25 unless both sides agree in writing. No automatic increase.
  • Buyer can decline out-of-area leads in writing at no charge.
  • Full refund within 7 days if the lead is not real, already the buyer's customer, a duplicate, or otherwise unusable.
  • Month to month. Either side can end with 7 days written notice.
  • Lead-referral only. Buyer is an independent contractor and handles licensing, insurance, and the job.
  • Massachusetts law applies.
  • Signing this form does not charge a card and does not create a payment link.
